Hasan Balci

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Engineering at Bilkent University under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ugur Dogrusoz.

My research interests lie in the fields of information visualization, graph layout and bioinformatics with a special focus on

• force-directed and spectral layout algorithms
• complexity management of large graphs
• development of user-friendly graph visualization tools
• visualization of biological pathways
